PELAGOS

Abyssal exploration center

A six-thousand-meter descent. The page is the water column and scrolling is going down: light fades, pressure rises and what lives in the dark appears. No commercial goal: just to see how far a website can go.

What it shows

The visitor’s gesture as part of the story
Live instruments: depth, pressure, temperature
An atmosphere that changes without section breaks

Still in development: some parts may change.
