01Who is responsible

02If you send your Blueprint

You can explore the recommendation without identifying yourself. Only when you select “Send my Blueprint” do we receive your name, business, email, optional phone and note, answers and project context. We request consent to respond and follow up about this inquiry with AI assistance; no campaign subscription.

We first send a technical email to confirm your address. Automatic follow-up begins only after confirmation.

You can choose email or iMessage to continue. If you choose iMessage, open Messages after confirming and send the prepared text: it includes a temporary code that connects that conversation to the same Blueprint. We receive the address or number you use on iMessage and the messages you send us. Apple provides the iMessage service; this is not an SMS. Permission to use email as a fallback is optional and requested separately. Ask us to stop by replying or emailing bernardo@getabcuplift.com.

03What is stored in your browser

The Uplift Blueprint calculates its recommendation in your browser; your answers are only sent if you choose to share your Blueprint through the form.

We store your language preference and a technical flag for page transitions in your browser. They do not identify you and you can clear them in your browser settings.

04Visit measurement

We count how many people visit the site with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service from Cloudflare, Inc. It works without cookies and stores nothing on your device.

We receive aggregate data: which pages are viewed, from which country, with what type of browser and device, which site you came from and how long the page takes to load. It does not identify you, is not linked to your name, phone or email, builds no profiles and is not used for advertising. We use it to learn which pages work and to improve the site.

If you prefer your visit not to be counted, you can use a tracker blocker in your browser; the site works the same. Cloudflare applies its own privacy policy.

05If you message us on WhatsApp

Only if you choose to open the WhatsApp link and send the message do we receive what you share: your number, profile name, the message content (including, if you choose, your Blueprint summary) and, if you book a meeting, its date and topic.

We use that data to: reply, understand your project, schedule a meeting, prepare a proposal and keep a record of who asked for information and where it stands (in a record-keeping tool or CRM). These are the purposes needed to serve you.

If we end up working together, also to reach out from time to time to see how things are going with what we built, help improve it or handle a problem.

Additional purpose, which you can decline: occasionally we may write to share news that affects you (for example, changes in the platforms you use, such as new per-message or per-conversation charges) or changes in our pricing. We do not send mass promotions or third-party advertising. If you do not want news, reply “Stop” or write to berny.arias.13@gmail.com; we will respect it and keep serving you the same.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that help us operate (WhatsApp, and the record-keeping and scheduling tools we use) or when the law requires it.

WhatsApp applies its own privacy policy.

06If you book a call

Time selection opens the Google Calendar booking page. Google receives the details required to book and shares the appointment with us to handle your inquiry. Its own privacy policy applies.

07Providers and retention

The form and CRM use Cloudflare and Sites hosting. Email and scheduling use Google. The assistant may process context using a local model or Vercel AI Gateway and the configured model provider. CRM access remains restricted to the owner; the public site cannot read case records.

The encrypted form queue expires after seven days and is cleaned up during subsequent reception cycles. Confirmation links expire after two hours. The case record retains your inquiry and its history to handle it; you may request cancellation or deletion of data we do not need to retain. Avoid including sensitive information or credentials.

The provider hosting the site may process technical data needed to serve and protect it, such as IP address and browser type.

08Portfolio concepts

The sites in our portfolio are demonstrations on other domains. Their bookings, quotes, purchases and conversations are simulations: they record no appointments, charges or contact details.

09Your rights

You can request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), or revoke your consent, by writing to berny.arias.13@gmail.com (or calling +52 56 5670 4199). Include your name, the right you want to exercise and how to reach you. We will reply within the timeframes set by Mexican personal data protection law.
